Terms of Sale
In plain terms: you pay the price shown at checkout including any sales tax; we make your item and ship it within the time stated on our Shipping Policy; you have 30 days to return it under our Returns Policy; and if something goes wrong, email us and we will fix it.
Who you are buying from

Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before shipping — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we cannot verify the payment — and if we do, you will be refunded in full.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown on the checkout page at the moment you confirm, including any sales tax we are required to collect for your delivery address. Sales tax is calculated at checkout once your shipping address is entered. Payment is taken in full at the time of order and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
If a price is shown incorrectly, we will tell you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping and risk
Shipping times, carriers and destinations are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. Please check the address carefully — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Products
Items are made to order. Colours are reproduced as faithfully as screens allow; small variations between the image and the finished item are normal for printed goods and are not a defect. Sizes follow the size guide on each product page.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of the state where you live, including any implied warranty that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Cancelling
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing us with your order reference. If your order is delayed beyond the time we promised, we will tell you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state], USA, without affecting the consumer rights described above.
Changes
The version of these terms in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. We will update the effective date at the top when they change.
