Shipping
Made to order — on its way within 10 business days, and in your hands in about two weeks. Shipping within the United States is free.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address outside the US.
How long it takes
- Making it: every item is printed to order, by us, one at a time. Allow up to 10 business days from your order confirmation to dispatch; most leave sooner.
- Getting to you: standard carrier delivery, typically 2–7 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of ordering.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. If it has been more than 14 business days and there is no tracking movement, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
If we are running late
If we cannot ship within the time above, we will email you before that date with a new expected date and a simple choice: keep the order, or cancel it for a full and immediate refund. If you do not hear from us, the order is on time.
Cost
Standard shipping within the US is free. The checkout total is the total.
Address problems
Please check your address before you confirm — we ship to exactly what you enter and cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may carry a charge.
